This approachable Chardonnay has aromas of yellow peach, grilled pineapple and hazelnut. These flavours follow through upon tasting and the wine is at once silky and juicy. The wine has excellent presence is balanced and long lived on the palate.
This wine has enough charisma to confidently fly solo as an aperitif in the cooler months. If you would like to team it with a nibble try any hard or nutty flavoured cheese and a crumbly oaty cracker. If you would like to take it to dinner try with smoked fish/chicken dishes and salads. Its character melds well with creamy sauces – its acidity cutting through the fat a little. Read macaroni cheese on Sunday night!!
